Company Overview

Founded in 2005, Sheetwell Metal Manufacturing is a innovative sheet metal fabrication manufacturer located in Shanghai, China. For over 17 years, Sheetwell has been providing unique and innovative one-stop solution of sheet metal parts and assemblies across industries.
Since moving to its current headquarters in Jiading，Shanghai in 2015, Sheetwell has exponentially expanded to increase capacity and implemented some of the most innovative manufacturing technologies available. Today, Sheetwell covers an area of 16000 square meters and employs over 120 people from designers and engineers to production staff, welders and machine operators, combining a diverse range of skills and knowledge into an expert, integrated solution for businesses across the globe. Now, we supports some of the biggest names in manufacturing across industries like agriculture, automotive, construction, electrical equipment & electronics, medical & Healthcare, and alternative energy.

Our programs track a large volume of data – largely real-time with the use of IoT and smart technologies – to trend key metrics and enable operations personnel to make decisions based on accurate and timely information. With this data, potential quality issues along the production line are identified and resolved promptly. These adjustments and improvements result in optimized operations and consistent quality.
