How can you guarantee on-time delivery of product?
We will develop a detailed production plan, every point in time will be practically verified, and all processes are under our monitoring to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products. (Except for the influence of force majeure factors)
Once there is a signal of delay, we will organize more production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.

EXW, FOB, CIF and CFR.

T/T, L/C, D/P and other payment terms you suggest (contact us for negotiation).

How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within a couple of days of receiving an RFQ. If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

What should the file format be?
STL, STEP, X-T, IGES, CATIA, UG/NX, Pro/e…etc in 3D CAD, or CAD, PDF for 2D drawings. Please ensure drawings contain dimension information.

Can Sheetwell make technical drawings for my design?
We can provide a drawing for Manufacturing review according to your current 2D, or 3D CAD draft. Surely, we will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement if your design is confidential.

What is the raw material quality?
We use high-quality raw materials only. All raw materials are certified according to GB/T. If you need a material certificate, please contact us.
